Join us Saturday, August 8th at Bulls, Bands & Barrels at the Laborde Earles Coliseum for heart-pounding rodeo action...

and the legendary Stick Horse Race!

Five lucky teams of two (couples, friends, coworkers, siblings—any dynamic duo!) will race around the barrels on stick horses while wearing beer goggles for a chance to win awesome prizes and, more importantly, ultimate bragging rights as the home of the fastest stick horse in Central Louisiana!

Official Stick Horse Race Rules

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enter.
• Winners will compete as a team of two (couples, friends, family, coworkers—your choice!).
• All participants must sign a liability waiver before taking part in the race.
• Participants must be able to safely run and compete on the rodeo arena floor.
• Beer goggles will be provided and are for entertainment purposes only during the race.
• Stick horses will be provided by KRRV.
• Contestants must follow all instructions from event officials. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Most importantly... HAVE FUN! This event is all about laughs, friendly competition, and making memories!
